1. How Do I "Log In" & Why Should I Log In?
How Do I Log In?
To log in please click the gold "Log In" tab at the top (on the navigation bar) of any of the pages in our website and enter your email address and password.
If you are not a registered user, simply register after clicking on the "My Hangar," "WishList," or "Log In" buttons and then by clicking on "Register."
You will be immediately prompted to enter your name, email address (so that our system can identify you - not SPAM you) and password. Once complete, click on the "Register" button and just like that, you’re in! You will instantly see an acknowledgement page.
Note: If for some reason you did something wrong, or our system is having a bad day, you will see an "error" page explaining why your registration wasn't successful.
Assuming you registered successfully, you will be automatically logged in.
Why Should I Log In?
Individuals and dealers and brokers will want to register and log into our system for numerous reasons.
One example is our "Wish List Feature." Let's say you are looking for a specific used airplane or aircraft and you can't find it in our database. Simply fill out a "Wish List" form and once the specific used airplane or aircraft that you "wished for" gets into our database, we will instantly email you a link to the listing.
Another example is our "My Hanger" feature. Let’s say you are looking around the UsedAiplanes.com website and you find a used airplane or aircraft that interests you and you would like to review it at a later time. Simply add the aircraft to your "Hanger" by clicking on the "Add to My Hangar" button located directly below the picture in the listing. Next, all you have to do is come back, log in, click on "My Hangar" and you can quickly and effortlessly look at the used airplanes and aircraft that interested you.

2. I Forgot My Password. Now What?
Your Log In will always include your email address and your password. If you forget your password, simply complete the following 3 steps:
- From the "Log In" page, click on the "Forgot Password" link. A new screen will open and ask that you to enter your email address.
- Enter your email address
- Click: "Send".
You will receive an email with a reset link - you can either click the link from your email or copy paste it in your browser and reset your password.
HINT: Passwords are case-sensitive. For example, let's assume when you first signed up with UsedAirplanes.com you entered your password as: "Mark123."
From this point forward, whenever you log in you must enter the letters and numbers exactly as you did when you originally singed up. For example, if you enter your password as "mark123," the system would not recognize your password because you forgot to capitalize the letter "M" (Mark123).
