2. I Forgot My Password. Now What?

Your Log In will always include your email address and your password. If you forget your password, simply complete the following 3 steps:

1. From the “Log In” page, click on the "Forgot Password" link. A new screen will open and ask that you to enter your email address.

3. Click: "Send".

You will receive an email with a reset link - you can either click the link from your email or copy paste it in your browser and reset your password.

HINT: Passwords are case-sensitive. For example, let's assume when you first signed up with UsedAirplanes.com you entered your password as: "Mark123."

From this point forward, whenever you log in you must enter the letters and numbers exactly as you did when you originally singed up. For example, if you enter your password as "mark123," the system would not recognize your password because you forgot to capitalize the letter "M" (Mark123).

3. Why Can't Individuals Sell Their Personal Used Airplanes Or Aircraft On The Usedairplanes.com?

UsedAirplanes.com chose the broker/dealer-only website model for several reasons. One of which is the complexity of buying used airplanes and aircraft. There is no question that buying an airplane is a completely different ball game than simply buying a car or boat. For example, representations for aircraft must be made and honored by respectable individuals or the consequences of non-disclosure or outright lies could vary from a bad financial experience to an outright disaster. This is one reason that we believe the best way to buy a used airplane or aircraft is from an industry professional. Although we cannot guarantee the words or actions of the dealers or brokers, or anyone but ourselves, we certainly feel our broker/dealer-only website represents the best and most desirable way to buy and sell aircraft. 4. Why Didn't My Search Query Result In Any Used Airplanes Or Aircraft?

Generally, when a search query results in little or no results, chances are your search criteria may have been too specific. Simply start over, but this time leave more of the search field options blank.

For the broadest possible search; click on "Browse" (from the homepage).

5. How Do I Contact The Dealer Or Broker That Is Selling A Used Airplane Or Aircraft?

The sellers contact information is listed in the “Contact Information” section of the listing. This is located on the bottom of each listing.

Simply call or email the seller directly by clicking on their email link. All of these options are located in the “Contact the Seller” section of the listing (at the bottom of the listing).

Also, you can use our system to email the seller directly from each listing by clicking on the "Contact the Seller" button (again, located in the “Contact the Seller” section of the listing (at the bottom of the listing).

6. Can Usedairplanes.com Help Buyers Arrange Financing?

Yes. However, we first recommend that you work with the dealer or broker that is selling the used airplane or aircraft. In many cases they will have special financing options that assist them in moving their inventory and thereby passing along those specials to you.

However, if you still want to work outside their network, or get multiple quotes, we can certainly help. UsedAirplanes.com works exclusively with www.AirplaneFinancing.com, the innovator of the no-email, no-social security number quote system.
