We exist to create social media, aircraft for sale, learn to fly, aviation product and services digital properties (websites, apps, etc.). We try to provide platforms and digital properties that enable current and future pilots, or anyone with an interest in aviation a place to meet and communicate. We also specialize in creating digital properties to match new and used aircraft buyers and sellers all over the world. In many of our services, in order to operate we need to gather and supply personal information. For example, people that list their used aircraft on our digital properties.

About The Procedures You Are Using
Flying Online, Inc.("we or "us") is a Florida Corporation with its principle office in Tampa, Fl. We operate websites that allow for interaction among current and future pilots and all types of individuals that have an interest in aviation. We also introduce aircraft buyers to sellers in numerous Company-owned websites and even assist them in finding financing. These digital properties can appear to the shopping consumer ("visitor" or "you") in one of two ways.
First, it can appear as the branded site under any of the domain names we own. For example:
Flying.com
UsedAircraft.com
UsedAirplanes.com
AircraftforSale.com
AirplaneFinancing.com
AircraftPerformanceData.com
These sites and the others we own are controlled, and operated in their entirety by Flying Online, Inc.
Secondly, it can appear as a used airplane or aircraft buying service on a website owned, controlled, and operated by an entity other than us. In this case, the buying service may be identified as "powered by Flying.com" or "powered by [name of other website we own]."
In any case, the service itself (referred to as "the Procedures" or "We"), regardless of where you find it and how it is identified, is owned, controlled, and operated by Flying Online, Inc. This Privacy Policy covers the gathering and use of information identifiable to you which is performed by the Procedures. The information here is equally applicable regardless of how or where you encounter the Procedures.
